What’s in the future of the Federal Workforce?
The Performance Institute’s Senior Policy Director, Jon Desenberg, joined Rep. Gerry Connolly, D-Va., in a breakfast panel to discuss the future of the federal workforce. Addressing pay-for-performance and recruitment and retention issues, both Desenberg and Connolly agreed, “An inability to measure performance at the individual and agency levels has held back personnel reforms.” Find out their recommendations for improving the federal workforce.
