Felipe Monroig

Felipe Monroig has held a variety of positions while at the Performance Institute. As Executive Director, he oversees the daily operation of the Institute. Previously, he served as the Director of External Affairs where he conducted multiple day trainings on government management practices, facilitated stakeholder dialogues for consulting engagements with Federal clients, and developed individualized performance plans for key personnel within client agencies. In addition, he has served as the Acting Director of Consulting, where he managed a staff of seven consultants and support staff in the use of performance measurement methodologies and assisted with business development opportunities and conference presentations.
