Due to local, state and federal mandates, many government managers are now opting to become certified in human capital management. To address this need, the Institute offers two certifications programs, which are easy to complete. To become a certified government human capital manager, just attend human capital management week (Human Capital Planning, Workforce Assessments, Succession Planning and Knowledge Management) and complete a “demonstration project.” To become a certified employee performance manager, just attend two-two day trainings on employee performance management (Employee Performance Appraisals and Employee Development Management) and complete a “demonstration project.” The skills you acquire by attending the certification week will help you to develop your "demonstration project" on a relevant issue, currently challenging you and your department, which will then be evaluated by an expert member of our staff. |
