Course Description
During the training, participants will be taught the philosophy and purpose of Six Sigma and the techniques to lead Six Sigma project teams. They will apply these skills and techniques to a work related project. This training will also cover how to analyze and validate problematic root causes, then how to create an effective plan to eliminate or reduce their effect. These general strategies and skills will tie into the use of the Six Sigma problem solving process known as DMAIC that stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement and Control which participants will have an opportunity to explore and apply. The course will also
focus on maintaining improvements through control processes and by focusing on the design process of new products and services to ensure that they have built in Six Sigma capability.
