Center for Environment

The need to maintain a sustainable lifestyle is on the minds of most citizens.  Government faces the challenge of both improving the performance of environmentally-based programs and implementing green practices.  Improving environmental excellence in government agencies is necessary, but for agencies to ‘go green’ while continuing to increase efficiency and minimize costs is a challenging task. The Performance Institute’s Environment Center brings together thought leaders in developing performance-based outcomes, innovations in environmental reporting and management process redesign to help you achieve excellence in your environmental programs.  Additionally, we’ve developed a network of experts in ‘going green’ that we tap to help organizations green their facilities and processes and communicate those efforts to the public.  The Institute’s national conferences promote results-oriented approaches for protecting and improving our nation’s environment and management of natural resources, in order to provide citizens with an efficient, sustainable and green-friendly government.
