LEDCEvery day, law enforcement, first responder, and homeland security communities face a variety of challenges, many of them with life or death consequences. Fighting terrorism, eliminating the threat of gangs throughout communities, managing and monitoring sex offenders, determining the ethical and legal levels of force and the recruiting and retaining of the best individuals represent some of the daily challenges of the law enforcement community. The Performance Institute’s Law Enforcement Development Center (LEDC) identifies, studies and disseminates leading management and training innovations pioneered by best-in-class agencies and public-sector organizations to help law enforcement solve these managerial and operational challenges. We offer a comprehensive series of national conferences and trainings to help develop the skills and utilize available resources for a safer society.
