The core of The Performance Institute’s educational products and services, the Center for Performance Management reflects the Institute’s commitment to the principles of accountability, transparency and performance. The trainings, national conferences and onsite training options in performance management teach government managers how to plan, measure, evaluate, measure and report for program results. Our approach to performance management begins with planning, and then moves to align plans with specific and accountable measures. The programs will help government managers gain the competencies and comfort they need to be proponents for performance management. The results for programs can be seen immediately.
